This is the the best of the best from the undisputed Godfather Of Soul, James Brown.
"I Feel Good," was a tremendous commercial success with its immortal sax riff and explosive drumroll into the bridge...but this song (particularly the live version) is the defining essence of soul. It has a pulsating, funky repetitive riff played by the horn section (including some very classic honks and sax squeaks) that crawls right up your spine. It is hypnotic.
Listen, and savor it. If you watch the video, you'll catch a bit of James' famous foot work.
