One of my favorite love songs of the 80's. The lyrics are profound, high evocative and noble. It was once what I dreamed love would be for me. Al Jarreau's vocal plasticity and range give this beautiful lover's missive a means to the heart. Rich instrumentation, clear, beautiful, rich sound...despite the multi-synth toys, its gentleness and purity cannot be concealed. So artfully written and arranged.
